What Approach do I use?
I believe that the closer to reality a person gets, the more his mental health becomes sound.
I’ll give you a space to be confident enough to explore and reach to the self transcending attitude yourself while simultaneously getting a chance to learn from you as well.

Your mental well-being lays the foundation of your overall health. This is a place to grow and heal. My aim is to provide a safe space for you to overcome pain, tackle anxiety, work through relationship issues, and realize your potential by conquering depression. I help teens and adults, students and professionals, with mental health challenges ranging from mild to severe anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, the aftermath divorce, marital conflicts, relationship problems, parental conflicts, post traumatic stress, career related issues, anger management, child sexual abuse, obsessive compulsive phenomenon/disorder… and the list goes on.

My coaching offers my patients a dynamic process through which we identify problems, and then get to the root of them. I believe that the bond someone shares with their dedicated mentor is unique; no other person can play that role in someone else’s life. A confidential session with a trained professional can do wonders for your mental health. No two individuals are going to be the same – only you have lived your life. Your challenges and suffering cannot be boxed into a label or a diagnosis, which is then to be treated with a prescription from a psychiatrist. For the most part, people benefit from reforming their habits rather than relying on pills.

Getting help is daunting, I get you. If you’re just starting out, you’re probably seeing multiple coaches or doctors to see what they can do for you. So why should you get coaching? Chances are you’re considering it (for someone else, if not yourself) if you’re here in the first place. It could be something you have identified yourself, or a constant fatigue you can’t put your finger on, or you just want to perform better at work and be more productive. I believe in an individually tailored approach for all my clients (though just a client is not what I think of those who come to me).
“Problems do not go away. They must be worked through or else they remain, forever a barrier to the growth and development of the spirit.”

Dr. Ramsha helped me alot in understanding my actual issues. She is very professional and a very good listener. She pointed out reasons that I never imagined. She helped me overcome my anxiety and Depression. I’m glad I met her. Highly Recommended.
Dr. Ramsha is a really compassionate and patient therapist. I used to be very sceptical of therapy, but with her, it feels like the right decision Alhamdulliah. She has helped me decipher the origin of my pessimistic view on life, which proved essential for building a positive but realistic one. Her knowledge and experience covers most issues of every scale. She counselled me for a range of issues from general anxiety to childhood trauma and continues to do so. Being certified in logotheraphy, her counselling isn’t short Lived either. Highly recommended.
FAQs
A session is typically 45 to 50 minutes. The next 10 to 15 minutes are reserved for me to document the session, communicate and prepare for the next client, etc. I will respect your time and make every effort not to be late.
This coaching is exclusively online, for everyone anywhere in the world. Sessions are conducted via video calls or just audio calls over Zoom.
No. I have spent the better part of practice in discussion with psychologists and psychiatrists to be aware that a lot of the time, medication isn’t required for healing, which is why I offer coaching in the first place. If there are enough indicators, I will refer you to a trusted psychiatrist not sponsored by any pharmaceutical whom I can trust to prescribe.
I have delivered some talks on religion on various platforms including ICNA, and having the background of Islamic knowledge, I can help you in establishing a better connection with the divine, but I am not looking forward to preaching or becoming your religious teacher. Yes, this is a tricky slope, but it’s undeniable that by excluding religion out of hand from the start, some avenues to healing can be blocked. You can turn this around and consider coaching which doesn’t consider someone’s sexuality (instead of spirituality) into account.
In general, I meet with my clients once per week, but this can be adjusted depending on your needs. The process can last anywhere from one session to years, depending on the nature of the problem(s). I’m always happy to talk about prognosis, but most of the time people benefit from 10 to 20 sessions.
